Penny Fox has been painting in Fort Myers area since 2005.  Her favorite subjects are outdoor (Plein Air) scenes.  An IU GRAD with a BS in Education, she enjoys taking workshops in all mediums.  Beginning in Acrylic,1969-71, then in Oil in 1999, followed by 2006 workshops and current classes in watercolor she has experience and versatility in all three mediums. With Penny’s own professional teaching background, she works well with beginners and intermediates and teaches several local classes and workshops in oil – acrylic – watercolor. She is a member of the Arts of the Inland (AOI) and her work can be seen at the AOI Gallery at Kaiser University at the Forum, the AOI Barron Park House Gallery at LaBelle, at the Fort Myers Beach Gallery, and Art League of Fort Myers Gallery.  Penny has participated in the Inspirations Art Shows, and the Perceptions Art Shows sponsored by the Arts of the Inland.

 

The Arts of the Inland Gallery at Keiser University at the Forum, 9100 Forum Corporate Pkwy., Fort Myers, is brought to you in collaboration with Keiser University.

 

 

 

Members of AOI are encouraged to bring 3 pieces of artwork to exhibit at the Gallery at Keiser University.  Receiving is the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 1-3 p.m.  Stop by Monday through Saturday to see the art on display.  A reminder to exhibiting artists, artwork should be exchanged out every 60 days and must be framed or gallery wrapped and wired for hanging. 

 

Thank you Keiser for providing us with this opportunity to showcase our members work in this beautiful academic setting.  The artwork is seen and appreciated by not only the faculty and students of Keiser but also the public who attend functions at the University.
